Beautiful vintage cocktail / party dress by an Italian designer. Horizontal alternating stripes of black velvet and sequins. Absolutely full of sparkle! Has a low back square neckline and a gross grain ribbon waist that would look perfect with a vintage brooch (the one in the photos is not included with purchase). Fastens up the center back with a long metal zipper.
